CIA Training Prep (Havana Syndrome)

 The CIA teaches a very simple theory, for dealing with foreign agents that are not obeying local laws of region or precedence, and are in fact invoking a manual of region you're in to abuse the law to their liking.

Any region of operation, for a military, espionage, law enforcement, paramilitary, legal, or postal organization, requires a manual if moving into a combat mode of attack or assault.  If they have the improper manual for their region, they go into anxiety and have to visit a behavioral clinician, to imprint an intelligence service's theory for a contact placement, such as an MKULTRA (campus mental health military) or a Bones (counter-Internationalist hidden academic line of study).  

Each manual, has a signal to be given, by the individual making the domestic assault, as a rogue agent, declared renegade since they're using a contact manual, instead of local individuals who will not offer a signal, a kill assassin signal, always within your rights to self-defend if you have this technique; you have been inducted into the CIA, at a program for military intelligence.

When the signal is given, you have to respond with a refusal, but not a further envoy.

It is triggered and tripped, when someone violates the Preamble; the elastic notion that all humans in America have the same rights and rules applied to them, regardless of age, position, gender, race, ethnicity, rank, political office, or accusation or conviction or diagnosis, changed from slavery with the Emancipation Proclamation, the tricameral system making it impossible to reverse the reform, the progressive liberalization into the loosening of the system, the American concept of law and civil discourse.

Havana Syndrome, a violent, thuggish, confused psychosis, will be induced into the individual giving signals through the manual of operation.

Code manuals of police or military or paramilitary or espionage or civic service protocol, are considered German by foreign import, as throughout American history since the British used them, this particular theory developed after World War 2, hunting Mossad that were preying on Operation: Paperclip saves from Germany, for having been involved in Germany, Italy, Croatia, Romania, Greece, Palestine, Manchuria, Indochina, or Japan, for the Axis.  Paperclip was the standard rule of American law, allowing soldiers on the other side to have a new life, a Native principle; if violated, Americans consider it a war crime, to hunt behind their lines, or their citizens overseas.

Hence this technique, to induce violent, moronic psychosis, into any rogue operative acting on any soil, using such a manual, countered by the simple set of rules:

Comply, refuse, repel, contact, inform, cheat.

You follow to listen, you refuse to obey, you repel to return, you contact a local, you inform the sent gendarme, then you cheat the trap.

With an American civics course, in middle school, the Preamble, anyone can do it.

Remember, America gets more liberal, progress isn't restriction; restriction is German influenced, such as Auschwitz Syndrome National Socialists, the foundation of the new Israeli state.  Jabbering dogs, after they deal with you using this trick.
