Medical Fraud Perpetrated: Retired state police captain, involved in organized crime unions through art schools.  Production of art for foreign unions, specifically priesthoods and Latin Societies (linguistic form, "Latin", a control subject alias language for Italian).  Teacher's union representative, the purpose of a union being so a profession or interest does not control police, therefore government.  Responsible, however, for class pranks on students, on behalf of teachers.  

Cause Supported: Sheriff's Department (Lincoln Society).

Status: Still in maneuvers, lethal rounds engaged on both sides (standards crosshairs grids armory, sir).
