Medical Fraud Perpetrated: Convincing an entire city that he was a savage gangster except for social workers, who he worked on behalf of, during the years before the Ronald Reagan Campaign.  Acted on behalf of Oliver North and the Iranian government out of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Iranian nuclear weapons and power program, the blackest conspiracy in Massachusetts history.  Aimed at the removal of African-American minorities from their homes with subprime loans and securities evaluations for African and Latino mortgage reviews, and encouraged the sale of heroin to Rhode Island, Bristol County, New Hampshire, and Western New England homes, on behalf of Methodist leader Steven King, author, to remove property from holding for housing and tenements by CIA drug dealers, African in skin pallor, actually Oklahoma Native American.

Supported Cause: Russian Mafia, Ronald Reagan Campaign.  Soviet Union.

Status: Brutally beaten to death by Rob "Roy" Scarpato and Hopkinton police informants in his cell, screaming that he didn't masturbate, because he was a priest, while being accused of being a lawyer or priest, due to his corna on the right hand, intended for a police officer's pistol grip for selective aim for marksmanship safety.
